Certification & Compliance Manager (m/w/d) – Produktzulassung & Cyber Security

Werde Teil unseres Teams und sichere die weltweite Marktfähigkeit unserer Hightech Produkte! 
Als Certification & Compliance Manager verantwortest Du die Zulassung unserer Industrie und IoT Produkte für den europäischen und internationalen Markt. Du begleitest unsere Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung frühzeitig, stellst regulatorische Anforderungen sicher und gestaltest maßgeblich die technische Compliance – inklusive der neuen Anforderungen des EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). 
  • Zertifizierungsmanagement: Du planst, koordinierst und steuerst sämtliche nationale und internationale Produktzulassungen – einschließlich CE-Konformität (EMV, LVD, RoHS, RED), UL und FCC-Konformität (EMV, LVD, RoHS, RED)
  • Partner im Entwicklungsprozess: Du begleitest den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess, führst Design for Compliance Reviews durch und übersetzt Normanforderungen in klare technische Vorgaben für das R&D Team
  • Cybersecurity& CRA: Du analysierst die Anforderungen des Cyber Resilience Acts, leitest technische Maßnahmen ab und arbeitest eng mit Hard- und Softwareentwicklung an Security by Design Konzepten
  • Funk- &IoT Zulassungen: Du stellst die Compliance nach RED sicher und verantwortest die Zulassungsprozesse für Funk und IoT Produkte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Prüflaboren: Du wählst externe Labore aus, koordinierst Tests und überwachst EMV-, Safety und Funkprüfungen
  • Standards & Dokumentation: Du etablierst ein aktives Normenmonitoring, hältst unsere Zertifikats und Dokumentationslandschaft aktuell und stellst sicher, dass regulatorische Anforderungen nachvollziehbar erfüllt und dokumentiert sind.

Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. in Elektrotechnik, Computer Engineering, Informatik oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im nationalen und internationalen Zertifizierungsmanagement elektronischer oder industrieller Produkte bringst du mit und bewegst dich sicher im Umfeld von CE-Konformität (EMV, LVD, RoHS, RED), UL- und FCC-Zulassungen
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen und hast Erfahrung darin, Normen systematisch zu analysieren und in klare technische Vorgaben für Entwicklungsabteilungen zu übersetzen
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Cyber‑Security‑Anforderungen als Bestandteil der Produktkonformität runden dein Profil ab
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination externer Prüflabore sowie in der Begleitung von EMV-, Safety- und Funkprüfungen bis zur erfolgreichen Zertifizierung
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, präzise und prozessorientiert. Du behältst auch bei komplexen regulatorischen Anforderungen den Überblick und stellst eine revisionssichere Dokumentation sicher
  • Du kommunizierstverhandlungssicherin Deutsch und Englisch und agierst sicher im Austausch mit Entwicklungsabteilungen, Prüflaboren, Behörden, Lieferanten und Kunden

Your mission
Join our team and ensure the global market readiness of our high‑tech products!
As a Certification & Compliance Manager, you are responsible for the approval of our industrial and IoT products for the European and international markets. You support our hardware and software development teams from an early stage, ensure regulatory compliance, and significantly shape technical conformity — including the new requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
  • Certification Management: You plan, coordinate, and manage all national and international product approvals — including CE conformity (EMC, LVD, RoHS, RED), UL, and FCC certifications
  • Partner in the Development Process: You accompany the entire product development lifecycle, conduct Design‑for‑Compliance reviews, and translate standard requirements into clear technical specifications for the R&D team
  • Cybersecurity & CRA: You analyze the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act, derive necessary technical measures, and collaborate closely with hardware and software development on Security‑by‑Design concepts 
  • Radio & IoT Approvals: You ensure RED compliance and manage certification processes for radio and IoT products
  • Collaboration with Test Laboratories: You select external labs, coordinate testing activities, and oversee EMC, safety, and radio tests through to successful certification
  • Standards & Documentation: You establish active standards monitoring, maintain our certificates and documentation landscape, and ensure transparent and traceable fulfillment of regulatory requirements
Your profile
  • You hold a completed technical degree, e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
  • You bring several years of experience in national and international certification of electronic or industrial products and are well‑versed in CE conformity (EMC, LVD, RoHS, RED) as well as UL and FCC approvals
  • You have in‑depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in analyzing standards and translating them into clear technical guidelines for development teams
  • Initial experience with cybersecurity requirements as part of product compliance rounds off your profile.
  • You have experience managing external test laboratories and supporting EMC, safety, and radio testing through to successful certification
  • You work in a structured, precise, and process‑oriented manner. You maintain oversight even when facing complex regulatory requirements and ensure audit‑proof documentation
  • You communicate confidently in German and English and work effectively with development teams, test laboratories, authorities, suppliers, and customers
