Your mission

As a Junior IT System Engineer (m/f/d), you support our Solution Architects in developing technical customer solutions, handle complex support and RMA cases, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our industrial computer and edge products.
  • Design & Development: You support our Solution Architects in designing technical customer solutions and actively contribute to the further development of our industrial computers and edge gateways
  • Support & RMA: You handle complex support and RMA cases, analyse error patterns, coordinate replacement processes and continuously optimise technical workflows
  • Testing & Engineering: You set up test environments, execute feature and integration tests and share your results directly with our development teams
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: You create and maintain technical documentation, guides and knowledge‑base articles for internal teams and customers
  • Internal Support: You respond to technical inquiries from Sales, Product Management and Quality Assurance and contribute to internal improvement initiatives

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration), electronics, or hold a comparable qualification
  • You are confident working with Windows and Linux operating systems—including analysis, log evaluation and configuration
  • You have solid knowledge of networking technologies
  • You have already gained initial experience with support processes and ticketing systems
  • Setting up and configuring test hardware as well as running reproducible tests is no challenge for you
  • You bring strong communication skills and possess fluent German and English language skills
  • Your working style is analytical, structured and independent
