Your mission

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of an innovative product portfolio in the field of industrial hardware and solutions for critical infrastructures. You ensure that our products are technically robust, commercially successful, and precisely aligned with what our customers truly need.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: You develop the product vision, define the roadmap, and ensure that our products are competitively positioned and successful in the long term
  • Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: You manage a product portfolio—from initial ideas and ongoing enhancements to transitions and end‑of‑life processes
  • Product Development: You analyze market requirements, gather customer feedback in a structured way, derive well‑founded decisions, and collaborate closely with R&D to turn product ideas and features into reality
  • Go‑to‑Market & Pricing: You prepare product launches, define pricing strategies, and support Sales and Marketing with training, expertise, and relevant documentation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You coordinate across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Support, ensuring all product documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily available

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree, e.g., in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience in product management or a similar role—ideally in industrial hardware, automation, OT/IT, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • You bring a solid technical understanding of industrial PCs, embedded systems, networking technologies, or industrial communication.
  • You possess strong communication skills.
  • Your working style is hands‑on, independent, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented.
  • You have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
